The bus quality is bad. AC not good , bus is full of dust and garbage everywhere. Does not look like and feel like a volvo at all.
no ac working on this bus seats and blanket are not clean no water bottel
There is no punctuality..the bus arrived late at the initial boarding point itself. Then it started late. It went late for each n every point. Finally it reached the destination 2 hours after the scheduled time. Also it didnt halt at quality restaurant for a mini break which was for around 20 mins. The seatings are good but u can hardly hear any audio being played if you are seated at the last.
