Redbus has become poorer now. I used to book tickets regularly for the reason our complaints were heard. Now it looks like you have become like a govt company rather than listening to us, started passing the buck. The departure time was given at 9:15 ,when I go to the bus stop its written clearly as 10:00 PM. The guy says its the problem with online not with us. Thanks Redbus its been a long association. The trust which you earned is over.I would rather go ahead and book tickets in the counter from now on. You suck now a days, looks like you are no different than an avg Indian company. Treat customer fairly, once you earn their trust take them for a ride.
