it was terrible experience waiting for the bus.. complete hope it took to arrive at pick up point.
this bus service is AC but they use blower / fan only.
Bus Quality was Good. Staff were very rude. Bus took 8 hrs to reach Pune because of unnecessary stops at random location. They stopped at a hotel for refreshment at 3 AM, when everyone was sleeping. Then they switched on all the lights and started shouting so that everyone will wake up and they will get some money from that hotel. Overall it was a horrible experience to travel with Neeta Bus from Aurangabad to Pune.
It was overall good experience. Specially driver stopped for a moment for one passanger who was in need. It was not seen earlier.
