The bus was came late (almost 1.30 hrs) at my boarding point. The brake was failed at Borivali, after 30-45 min. driver inform us to get down & they will arrange another bus to drop passengers. Due to all this conditions i was reached late at home as well as office. So overall it was bad experience
We almost waited for 2 hours in cold climate at Ankleshwar. There was no proper co ordination or support provided by thr staff. Neeta is a well known company and its disappointing that they dont have any trail of where the bus has reached whats its current status. Regarding seats it was ok but AC was not working properly. And lastly in the end it didnt not drop me at destination intact said other bus will come and take us to our destination that too almost 40min late is that any joke you keep us waiting at source location and again at destination area you make us wait. If at all I try to go from road ways wont ever book Neeta buses due to poor customer satisfaction and delay in pick up and drop.
Dear Redbus Team, Worst experience... Are you really want to improve yourself with the customer feedback? My bus time was about 11.50 PM it arrived at 1.30 AM. There are total 4 Nos you provided in sms but none of working. Most important ,If you are booking 24X7 services then why your customer service desk not operate for 24X7? Be sure that you are providing correct information to the traveller just because of you guys traveller suffering in midnight in remote locations. Hope my feedback helps you to improve yourself. Thanks and Regards, Vaibhav Mahabudhe.
We had booked Neeta travels to travel from Ankleshwar to Mumbai. The boarding time given on Redbus site was 11.50pm. But the bus came at 1.30pm. We had been waiting on the road side since 11.30 pm and it was a worst experience. When we enquired to the bus driver about the late arrival, we were informed that the bus which we had booked was cancelled ( Keep it up Neeta , you people dont even care to inform the travellers about this) and this was another bus which had boarding time 1.30pm. Thankfully our seats were not occupied ad had a pleasant journey after boarding.
