Worst staff behavior, One person was already sleeping on by seat when i entered the bus, When i asked the staff that how u have allowed anyone to use the seat which is already booked, then he told he is not responsible for that & dont have control on passenger where they are sleeping this is very bad experience with Neeta....
Stinking Bus, unhygienic blankets, non working LCD... way too bad experience...

The bus started before scheduled time and reached Mumbai before scheduled time. Driving was safe. Staff was cooperative. Worth traveling by Neeta.
