bus was 1 hour late to start journey, with no one picking up phone to actually inform exact time
Bus was not on time still I am in bus. I have to reach udaipur before 11 but still I am in bus . ridiculous services.
Everything was good except for pickup and drop. Pickup was almost 4 kms away. Had to catch up a rickshaw, spend Rs. 50/- Same with dropping. Outside city.
As per my booking my Bus departure time was 7.45 AM. Surprisingly I got call from travel office at 6.30 AM that departure timing is preponed at 6.45 AM. Luckly I was on the way to Neetas office. I had reached there in 20min min.I was the last passenger to board bus. As soon as I get in the bus departed. Had I reached 2 min late, I would have been missed the bus. Very pathetic experience. Further it was Srinath Travel bus. It was running very slow. We have reached Udaipur at around 12 Noon. The journey took 5 hours which are normally completed in 3.5 hours by other bushes like" Patel Tours & Travels", " Parashvnath Travels". Overall it was very bad experience.
