I travelled for Ahmedabad to Surat. The bus was late at first by 1:15 hours but regained time by half an hour.
bus was 2 hour late...nd staff behaviour was too bad....! i will think twice befor e booking SRS volvo again
Against the schedule of 06:15 Hrs the bust left at 07:30 Hrs. It took another 1.5 hrs for the bus to leave Ahmedabad. Finally the bus was on the highway at 09:15 AM. The AC was not working at all which turned the cabin like an oven. The staff was not at all courteous to listen to the passengers. There was no regret from their side. They were clue less on how to rectify the AC and decided to run the bus without it only. The bus reached Surat at 03:15 PM against the scheduled arrival time of 11:50 AM.
