That was the worst experience. Bus was late by 1.50 hours. There were no proper feedback provided by travel agency. There was no sitting arrangements at agency office.
Late by 30 min when we started at ahmedabad, took many passengers en route through out the night, even as low as Rs.50/head, PAx sleeping in aisle, noisy thru out night, got further late, not allowed in pali city, so dropped on the bypass. Very bad experience. On paying 3times than roadways, did not expect this. Looked like a general compartment of train.
