Staff behavior is very poor. They do not know how to behave with aged people.
COMFORT,SAFETY,STAFF BEHAVIOUR ALL ARE VERY GOOD. BUT LUNCH BREAK, BREAK FAST BREAK WERE VERY LATE AND ODD TIME. NO CONCERN ABOUT PASSENGERS NATURES CALL AND FOOD TIMING. THAT HAS TO BE IMPROVED.
Every thing is good about the bus and i love VRL. But about staff behavior its really bad. they are not allowed to sit on the bus while they stop for food break...! telling forcefully to get down from the bus and have food here. And they give the stop for at very expensive hotels for food and quality of food is worst. There will not be any other option to escape because of hungry... Please give the stops for food at honest price hotels.
Nearly 5 hours late. However, the bus itself was clean and comfortable although the lower berths do not really have much window space to look out of during the long ride. Staff was exceptionally well mannered and all things considered, even though the bus was delayed, I will travel by VRL once more.
