The timing provided to us was 6.30 pm and the bus arrived at 8 pm.. No info was given that the bus would be late..and we were left waiting on the highway till the bus arrived at its own sweet time..Further the bus dint even stop in the night for washroom..overall bad experience
surprised to see the quality of bus was very poor and no air conditioning working . finally the bus broke down in between giving anxious moments . very poorly maintained vehicles it appeasrs . however staff behaviour helpful to arrange other solution
Bus passed from pickup point without stopping and after that called more than 12km away to get in.very bad experience of my life. Secondly, when I was selected seat no. M price was 1500 and when payment was online reducted 1890. I need refund of excess charges with proper justification. Regards Niranjan
It was a terrible experience!!! I had booked a sleeper seat, no blankets were provided so it was really cold for the entire night journey. The bus was not a volvo,so you can experience the bus vibrating during the journey and seats were not comfortable at all, so in all it was a complete uncomfortable journey. Adding more to that, I had mentioned the bus attendant and driver 1 hour before my stop that I would be getting down at Powai, forgetting that he continued to move towards ghatkopar. So in all it was a frustrating journey.
