Worst service I had experienced while Iam travelling, I will never choose this service again.
I missed my bus and was not able to travel. The transporter refused to wait for even 10 min., because my connecting bus was delayed and after repeated request the bus left before the scheduled departure.
When booking red bus the pick up point was near Benz circle and when I was waiting there they called and told me bus wont reach that spot and I have to travel to a different spot which was 5 Kms away....and the bus was late by 40 min
Very frustrated, why you put that (water tank road, giripuram) adress i went to that place for boarding point. Actually vijayawada to chennai APSRTC busses boading point is vijayawada bus stop i did not know that so thats why i went to that place. FIRST YOU SHOULD SHOW THE CORRECT BOARDING POINT ADRESS.
