No neatness,no punctuality..bad behavior
in vijayawada there was no facility to sit even in late night, bus timing is 11.59 but bus reach around 12.40 , upto i m waiting in road side path way only, then why there one SRM office, no body there when bus will reach vijayawada, in future please dont choose SRM .
The overall service is good. Except, not a complaint, there was no waiting place close to the place where bus picks up, which might be a little hassle for some elderly people and people with knee problems, such as my mother.
Komitla travels is providing very excellent service
