Bus quality was worst. Also the Bus Conductor was demanding Rs. 50 additional, no ticket copy was provided. It also came 30 min's late. There were no suspension to the vehicle, it seemed like i was traveling by a Tempo or Truck. So request you to ensure the such kind of Bus you should provide to anyone also you should check the Bus conditions because it is affecting your Brand and status. And you should provide the refund to such customers who is suffering due to such service providers by debiting to service providers.
