Dear responsible staff,, We booked ticket from Ujjain to Nagpur. But we got a call from boarding point related number that bus will not come at location which I booked (Nana kheda). After that all problems started
1. A Non-AC bus picked up from Dewas gate, Ujjain and dropped us somewhere near Vijay-nagar, Indore. And then told us to sit in another bus.
2. “Another bus” dropped us at second point in Indore and then again told us to shift in “Original” bus.
3. We had luggage and approx. 9-10 people were with us. (Some were old also and some were children)
With these type of shifting process, It’s really hard to travel, moreover summer season (you must know about temp hike). Moreover no one was responding well from your side and no support.
“Original” bus was really good and I want to rate it 5 (or 4 at least) But journey means from picking up point to destination. Correct?
