The bedsheets and pillows provided was extremely dirty. It would rather be better not to provide them and ask the passengers to brings sheets and pillows on their own!

Ceiling was broken and A/c was heavily pouring on me, not able to control. Informed staff to bring the cooling down to 24 and they continued in 18 itself even after reminding them 2 - 3 times. Horrible journey.

The standards of KPN buses especially the so called Mercedes Benz Sleeper A/c bus is the worst.Everything including A/c, berth comfort, maintenance, staff response and even basic drinking water NOT provided. We will never patronise KPN

Looking of bus is super, but inside so poor, no curtains, bad smell, staffs behaviour not so good.
