The ride was comfortable. Bus was on correct time. Only issue had was, one of our seat was dirty (somebody put chewing gum and it got dried); when we brought the issue to the driver, instead of being helpful, he very rudely replied as they cant throw the seat away, passenger like us only made it dirty. This behavior made us upset before even the bus was started. The staff should show a bit of empathy towards the passengers when they bring out issues. After all, the tickers are not cheap.
