Good journey overall, but quite late in reaching Bangalore. Late by almost 2 hrs!!
Redbus states that this operator does not accept mobile tickets and a print out is needed. This is not the case. All the passengers were boarding showing their m-tickets. The Travels provided mineral water a small pack of biscuits. That was nice. What I didnt like so much was the fact that they didnt stop for breaks anywhere and also there was a clear smell of diesel in the berth that I occuppied (3LB).
they were late. stopped for dinner very late. showed half movie and didnt bother to show the 2nd part.
SRM AC Volvo was leaking..can you believe it? You have to..last seat was badly leaking and no seats were there to swap as the bus was full. I agree on punctuality but quality of bus was worst..
