very poor on timing.bus arrived at tirupati 45 mins behind schedule. Moreover, the contact number provided was invalid
BUS CONDITION IS EXCELLENT. HAPPY JOURNEY BUT THE ONLY THING IS BUS NOT STARTED IN TIME. ALL OTHER THINGS ARE GOOD
Though the journey quality is good, the bus got delayed by an hour. During this period, GPS tracking was indicating a delay of more than two hours whereas the bus arrived with a delay of only one hour. This is disappointing as I kept on thinking of alternate plans to travel. Also, APSRTC is not able to inform about possible refund in case of delay. Regards.
