Dear Manager, Thank you for your excellent service. My daughter Sneha Mary Sam is the traveler. She travels every bimonthly by Suresh Kallada. I have an important suggestion for your kind consideration. If you can introduce one more halt point between Trivandrum and Manipal for refreshment with toilet facility. it would be greately appreciated. Thanking you Sam K Zachariah

The conductor was mean to other passengers. Also, they refused to go beyond Udupi for some reason and got us on an auto rikshaw to Manipal.
