    Bus quality is really so bad.....its smelling badly and even the badsheet are not washed from last 3 months .....such rubbish bus also behaviour of staff is just disgusting.. Pls dont show such buses on your site...we value redbus and trust on it but if in future it will repeat I will not going to use and recommend anyone to book tickets via your site....pls take care.

    they should not night hold to poor hygienic place. food can be posioned and passenger may die.

    Staff not cooperative with passengers, Every time cs should inform for AC cooling and mobile charging.

    instead of 9am, bus reached destination 5pm Driver stopped continously for extra passengers Diesel ran out too Smelly
