Dear Team, It was really disappointing with regards to my booking for the same. I wanted to change my Pickup point from Surat to Chikhli as I was staying nearby to that point but that was secondary thing for which i cannot even Complaint as choice was given by me, I was just looking for the support. Anyhow, my concern was when i called on SRS booking Mobile Number regarding changing of my Pickup point, One Person has picked the call and told me that it has been delayed by 3 hours from 20:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs for which I have not received any msgs or call from the respective Dept. I have booked my ticket after looking at the time as I had to attend a meeting at 18:00 hrs in Bangalor, which I could not able to attend due to the Delay in timings. Same case happened with me when I have booked the Ticket from Bangalore to Surat also on 5th Aug-16. and I have paid 100 Rs more to shift my Ticket from VRL To SRS Travel from the respective office at Yeshwanthpur. I hope you Guys will surely look into this matter as I am keep on booking my Tickets from this Website and this is the first time I am facing this Issue. Best Regards Amit Kumar Mishra (9739778917)
