This is one of the worst experience which I had while travelling by bus booked through redbus. Following are the reasons 1.No proper communication.2.No basic facility such as blanket and water bottle. 3.No proper stoppage for dinner and that too it stopped for only 15 mins.4.Not so good behaviour by the staff of Patel tours and travels. It took me atleast 20 mins to find the bus in the parking area mentioned. 2.
