Staff behaviour was worst even after I have booked the seat as per my choice they did not allow me to sit there they gave me some other seat when I ask them they told redbus did not have the correct information of bus even the staff behaviour was really bad so only one rating for that
They change you bus without any informing. The bus will keep on rotating in shirdi for more than an hour. Its was a big mistake to travel in that bus.
Bus is never be on time always late because of many halts between the route.
AC is not very impressing. Seats are bad. You have to be fortunate that you get a seat which is not under water leak. Staff says its your luck to get a seat which is not suffered from water leak from rain
