The seats were shabby and dirty to begin with. Bus is poorly maintained which was evident from the way the bus broke down after catching fire on the rear tyre. It took around an hour and half for helper and driver to fix the issue i.e. 3am to 4.30 am.No blankets or charging points are provided for passengers traveling through this service provider. Quite bad experience. Please avoid booking through redbus, if they have such vendors on their portal.
Bus condition pathetic. No video player working even mobile charging point was not working . Bus model is very old. Charging so much as ticket fare but zero facilities at all by Neeta travel
Driver driving is very rashly . I dont want to travel this company bus. and one more ticket is selling under the price for example. Rs.180/- per head.
