Very bad experience in regards with bus quality, travel time taken, no cleanness'..

The journey was hilarious! The staff was very rude and was quarreling with the other passengers. Also staff was taking odd passengers at every stop reached. Though it is his business but he was adjusting them with other travelers which were travelling with reservation. Height of the above, the staff boarded me at point near to my destination and told me that this bus will not go to my travel destination. Then he gave me some money and told to travel to my destination by state transport. Disgusting. Really bad.
