    I had very bad experience with staff behaviour as driver was not punctual and he used very bad words with me

    As per booking it should reach by 3 pm but reached at 6. Just 140 km it took 5 hrs for AC bus is too much. No traffic also.

    I did not board the bus. The bus was suppose to reach by 4:10 in swargate, pune. I called the driver around 3:30 and got to know that the bus got delayed due to rain and the bus would reach at 6:30 or 6 am. Really not acceptable.

    Staff dont have any information regarding reservation and behaviour was too bad and rude.. Never want to book next ride through red bus
