    Reached Mangalore at 1pm when the scheduled time of arrival was 7:30am. VRL mentioned there were traffic blocks. Even then 5 hours late is really bad

    No blanket on my seat. I didnt ask for nor anyone bothered! Came an hour late but covered up in the journey.overall okay okay experience. Do prefer srs over vrl these days.

    I usually travel in bus..and Im pretty satisfied every time..but this time it was horrible..bus reached my pickup point one hour late..plus no tv...and to make it worst there was breakdown for around 1-1:30 hrs......
