Experienced the worst service by the travels. No connecting bus to chennai from bangalore, when asked they say its not their problem, reached chennai after spending more than 9 hours of journey from bangalore to chennai which normally take 6 hours. Will never recommend National Travels to anyone. Also kindly say that no direct service avilable from pune to chennai in future and please give false promise.
