No amenities nd many passenger on bus which were lying at passage area between seats.
First of all it came late by an hour at the boarding point. Then there was problem of multiple ticket allotment for the same seat due to which there was quarrel between passengers and staff. Staff was very rude and it took them one hour to settle the matter. Even one passenger-(who had booked for seat no.14) had to sit in the cabin despite having valid online ticket taken from your platform. Please ask service provider to work upon these issues.

Worst travels I had travelled so far. Staff was using abusing words with customers (e.g. Madar...., behen.....). My online booked seat was given by office staff to other guy who paid higher fare.They told me to take the refund money n go back or else u can travel in cabin with same ticket. This is not the first time but many of the passengers who travelled frequently told the same problem many times.
