The bus starting time is 09:30 PM but it started at 10:15 PM from pondicherry. I am expecting very important clarification from Kallada travels that I paid bus fare Rs. 1000 A/C semi sleeper from pondicherry to Tirunelveli not from Villupuram to Tirunelveli. The non A/C van picked us from pondicherry and droped us at Villupuram. Do I get my money back which I paid for A/C Volvo up to villupuram from pondicherry. I feel very bad this pick up and drop by van to be shown in the booking slot and intimated in advance to the passengers !!!
At the time of booking it was showing departure time as 8.10pm but it was late by about 30minutes. The scheduled arrival at Tirunelveli is 5am but reached only 7.30am. Not advisable if any one is going for time bound work.
