My experience with the srs scania was far below the expected level.1) To start with,if you call to the mob no. messaged by redbus, the behaviour of the call attendant was very rude, impolite and non professional . 2) Punctuality. .we were said that the bus will arrive by 10.45pm and it actually came by 12.10am, 1 and 1/ 2 hrs late. Then expected to reach destination at 7am, but in reality reached by 10.45am! !.Definitely not good for one if you have an appointment early in the morning. They have to understand that we are not on a leisure trip . 3) Regarding bus..we were having tickets available in another volvo bus by a established service provider at almost the same time, yet we preferred to travel in the scania. The seats were not comfortable, as the tilt was less with reduced leg space. Also the upper end of the seat curves forward to support the neck in sitting position,but while reclining this prevents you from stretching your neck and produced neck strain.(in other buses I haven't felt like this). Don't have separate cabin room, except for a curtain..so the noice of horn disturbs you in between.The blue lights inside the bus were on through out the night,yet another disturbance, one or two dim lights is okay, this was too much. scania is definitely a good bus except for these operational insufficiencies.For me, that was not a good journey and was quite late for office too.
