Journey was scheduled on May 2nd 2015@6.45pm., boarding at Ottapidaram Bus stand. service got cancelled due to break down, but i was not informed. When i contacted Yohan Travels, got a message it was informed to Redbus on Sat 2nd May 1.30 pm itself and its Redbus Responsibility to inform their customers (?). Then someone from Yogan Travels spoke to me, after my 13 attempts to figure out other ways to start my journey, the told they will try to put in other travels. But it did not happen and ultimately, i took a government bus, and travelled on standing from Ottapidaram to chennai, although i kept Yogan Travels, that i m phyiscally challenged. For this travel, i had spent extra Rs.400 for auto and Rs.500 for bus ticket. Now, the ticket amount Rs.649/- booked via Redbus is pending and awaitin for the Redbus confirmation on refund.
