Very bad bus not maintained properly got frustrated
There was no punctuality from the crew..AC was not ON for most of the time (only for 1hr out of 4hrs journey).. Worst experience..
Scheduled to dep at Ooty by 5.30 pm but actually dep at 6-15pm. Seats r not comfortable.Karnataka etc charged for two tickets rs. 262. But u have charged rs. 500. This two high with least comfort. Pl improve
they showed a good push back bus while reservation, but in reality they asked to travel in small van. worse service.
