    dropping time was delay by 2hrs. the info of the operator is different from that he has shared with redbus. this discrepancy should not repeat. we plan journey based on probable drop time.

    Why bus should go from Mysore to Bangalore for going to Mumbai? It was never mentioned during booking. Bus was very late. Staff behaviour was very rude. UNFORGIVABLE EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER TRAVEL BY SRS TRAVELS. Government buses KSRTC buses provide far better service.
