I used the bus called SRS travels. The bus was really great in terms of the seating and comfort, however, it was lacking any sense of punctuality or etiquette in talking to their customers. it arrived 1 hour later than it was supposed to which meant I had to spend an hour early in the morning from 4 30 to 6 on a deserted street and it was delayed even further on the way. When I asked the staff why it was getting delayed or details of where it will stop he responded extremely rudely with no concern whatsoever and told me to contact the bus services if I had a problem. I doubt I will use that bus again.

Wonderful experience with VRL Travels. Wish they would serve tea or coffee inside the bus especially since there are no stops for the same or even for toilet breaks even on a long journey that we took in the night from 11pm to 7am. Luckily we had a fuelling stop where we could use the toilet. Otherwise the journey was quite comfortable with lovely recliner seats much better than any airline seats.
