I TRAVELED WITH ROYAL EXPRESS TWICE IN LAST 9 MONTHS & HAD BAD EXPERIENCE IN CASE OF PICKUP PUNCTUALITY. BUE ARE ALWAYS HALF N HR. OR 45 MIN LATE THEN GIVEN TIME
Service was totally pathetic. First of all, bus came 1.5 hours late. Second of all, the bus operator let outsiders in the bus for short distances. Thirdly, the air-conditioner duct became condensed and water was dripping on my seat. Please dont travel by this bus.
There was water leakage, the conductor was rude. The phone number given as a contact onboard was useless. The GPS tracking was extremely inaccurate.
very poor bus quality with dust , tobaco lying on seat and 2 Hours late.
