Positives: The space was clean. There were frequent bathroom breaks which is helpful for females. Negatives: 45 minutes late, that too when it was starting from Mumbai itself. Since it was 12 am and there was no place to wait at the puck up point, we assumed that staff will give us the correct time of arrival so that we can leave from home accordingly. But they kept on saying that they will reach within 10 minutes. Which made at waiting at the middle of the road in dark and rain for almost an hour. minutes, Everytime call.

The beds were dusty and dirty and were smelling as if they were not cleaned from a long time. I asked for fresh blankets but the cleaner said that only used ones were used. The bus was supposed to reach at 11.10pm at bisleri andheri east, but it reached only at 11.35pm. Overall over poor experience
