As every customer warns about bus being late, yes its true. This time too bus was late by 30 minutes and reached late at panchgani by almost 2 hours (due to traffic, halting twice in between journey). Lot of time was wasted to fill the empty seats and finding the passengers due to which bus halted many times. Quality and cleanliness was average. However, staff was good. Choose this bus only if you have no other option.
