Good thing is value for money. Bad part is that it stops at lot of places to fill seats. Couples might choose to avoid.
The bus was a bit late for pickup from Mumbai but reached Nasik with a half an hour delay. The driver was new and citing rain took the bus from the flyover in Nasik. Dont know if this is the general but a few passengers complained. The more disappointing thing was water leaking from multiple places over window seats. There was duct tape in most places which obviously wasnt good enough to keep the water out. This also drenched the bags kept in the overhead baggage rack. AC vents too were broken and it wasnt possible change their direction.
(WORST).Non a/c bus was converted into a/c bus. was stinking. had booked the middle seat still was given the last seat.
worst ride , owner kings travels. he is not having sense to talk to customer. very rude, using foul language with women
