Bus is late 1 hour from pick up time and his customer care advicer talking so rudly and Mis behavior talk...they have no manners to how to talk with customer... Very bad service .no light burns and charging plug also not working.. Bus is also late 2 hours to reach jamnagar without any traffic at all in by road..very bad experience... Bus stopped many times for local passenger..
