Bus had no dinner break. Such a thing should have been mentioned on the website. Staff was highly unprofessional and shouting at everyone. Just for asking the time of arrival they would start shouting. After all this, bus was 2 hrs 30 mins late. No one was ready to take responsibility. In fact, when the person in charge was asked about the delay, he arrogantly replied that this bus never reaches on time. In fact according to him, none of the travelsbuses reach on time in this whole country. So he said, if u have to take a bus, u have to deal with the delay. Delay will happen. I almost missed my work today bcz of this. I would suggest to everyone that pls dont book SRS tickets for any route. EVER!!
