    Staff stopped my family to keep luggage in dicey and also did not allow them to enter in bus to set it. Being senior citizen Latter when I asked them to set it they keep one of my bag on my berth. I find difficult to sleep in meager space available. Please asked them to take care in future.

    Excellent in terms of punctuality but bus quality needs to be improved. Staff is neutral.

    Only the bus driver attitude was face saving. Jeevan came across very prodessional throughout the journey. Bus delay was owing to mumbai traffic. No suuport from red bus team while there was delay.

    Travel was very hectic, bus arrival at ganpatipule was delayed by 3 hrs, the reasons for delay are still unknown.
