    Not receive mTicket SMS. I had called prasanna tours & travel office & after that they provide me bus person mobile number & simply said, ask bus person bus number. Bus was running delay 40 min but no one inform. Expected to reach Ganpatipule morning 7 am but reached 9:15 am, approx 2:15 hrs late due to that we reschedule our next many plans. Overall experience is not good.

    The bus should have been stopped for dinner at good restaurant rather than an ordinary one,punctuality should be improve
