Dear Reader The kind of experiance was worst and I wish I dont ever travel with your vendor,The staff was cunning ,filled with malice and no inclination for humanity. It was a reckless journey and loss of time and money both for me, It happened so ,that during journey ,I carried one of my laptops with me instead of keeping in dickey, lapse on my part accepted ,but staff could have helped by at least taking to nearest police station and at least a few convincing words on their behalf could vindicated their stand, but since they were hand in gloves with culprit and dhaba people which made them confident of shrugging off responsibility ,they did the same, since this is your erstwhile feed back forum ,so it lies with you carry it forward or dump it ,but as far as I am concerned ,I will now raise at public forum and ensure you loose atleast 100 tickets .PS I am an IT trainer and I have atleast a 1000 strong social media network ,students who travel in and out of Bhopal every day, no regards and no thanks One for the thief you have in your staff, tell that idiot ,it was second hand ,key board is broken and I have purchased a brand new laptop, and yes i will still launch an FIR A.S.Padmanabhan
The Multi Axel Volvo which was charged at Rs 1700, dint have A/C, everyone in the bus were sweating. They stopped for an hour to repair the A/C eventually nothing happened & we had to travel like a non A/C bus. The bed sheets & pillows were not changed & were dirty. The passengers traveling to Bhopal were put on another Bus in Indore, this was not a multi axle, it had A/C but also had very dirty bed sheets & pillow. No compensation was paid.
the pillow attached to the bed were very irritating and the show rack was attached in the glass occupied the bed
I booked a Hans bus from Mumbai To Bhopal, AC Sleeper. When i reached Indore, the driver said that indore is the last stop and now i need to change the bus. They shifted me to another Hans seater bus, till Bhopal. I selected ISBT Bhopal as my last stop through the red bus app. Without my knowledge and allowance, i was shifted to a random bus on a stop unknown to me. I was traveling alone. This is utterly unsafe and has also disappointed me. Just because i was the only one to go to Bhopal and others had to get down before me at Indore, doesnt mean theyll put me in a random bus. That bus too, wasnt upto the mark, even if they had provided me with a sleeper one, i would have willingly adjusted. If this had to happen, I should have been informed about it through the app. The last stop I mentioned is where i should get down travelling by the same bus all through. And the bus wasnt damaged or something, they shifted me because i was the only one and they had to earn out of it. Wasnt expected out of an app like yours. Highly disappointed.
