Make sure wen u send the number check if it is right contact details. Regards Unhappy passenger
5 reasons why I absolutely loved the service on Supreme Tourist: 1. First, I got an automated text with the details of the bus driver, the vehicle number and the boarding point. 2.About 15 minutes before the boarding time I got a check-in call from the bus. 3.Since all the passengers were aboard, we departed ahead of schedule. 4. The drivers assistant checked our drop off points as soon as we boarded. (Thats a first for me - usually passengers have to ask a slightly clueless or annoyed assistant about the dropoff.) 5. The trunk of the bus wasnt filled with commercial cargo. (Happened to me on another bus on a day when I had a lot of luggage to carry. Hey- passenger buses should be reserved for passenger cargo, right?) These minor details in customer service make a big difference to the travel experience. My only complaint, however, was that my ride was bumpy as heck- like a sack of potatoes dragged across a country road. It could possibly be owed to the fact that I had the last row seats on the lower berth, but Im not sure if it was any different for the passengers in the seats ahead.
just awesome ride however, no drop available to majestic bustand
poor punctuality...waited almost 1 and half hour...terrible experience to wait in roadside at midnight....
