Positives: Excellent quality & neatness maintained inside the bus(5), Very positive approach & matured attitude from the Driver/Attender lead to a comfortable journey all along (5). Negatives: Punctuality was at its worst level (Horrible - 0) Reason: We were supposed to report at Madurai at 3.15 am (We had already reported at the venue at 2.45 am itself), and departure time mentioned was 3.30 am. Unfortunately the bus came only around 4.50 am. We had to wait all these hours at the road-side hastily enjoying severe mosquito bites, but without any information and without knowing the reason for the delay. Though the office staff were present at the venue, we wondered nobody could inform the delay, but kept us in full anxiety all along. This should be taken care of at-least in future. otherwise the journey was awesome. Biju Mathew Adoor (kerala)
