The only parameter which they need to improve a lot is providing wifi connectivity & more content on led monitors with a better user interface. All other basic stuff are well taken care off by team Kallada.

Will not recommend anyone to use kallade. Highly disappointed kallada traveller.... My return trip from Madurai to Hyderabad was laced with deep discontentment... For the exorbitant rates, a passenger hopes for good services...was dropped off at a location 45 minutes away from my destinatuon and was asked to find a way home.... mins away from my destinat
