Worst ride ever, it was like a roller coaster ride, and passengers thrown like a pendulum . seat stinking. The the staff not at all cooperative. Received blankets after three hours into the journey.
As luck would have it, I had to board the same bus which broke down in my last trip and met a common driver also, who assured me that the problem was rectified and bus is running fine. The travel was trouble free.
punctuality is pathetic, we reached Mumbai by 4 hrs late. FYI, the bus provided by the Fernandes travel is not of their company one but of others.
The ride was great. As i have shown in my rating. Except that the charger was not functional. Thank you.
