late departure. late arrival.
No WiFi facility and staff behaviour was bad.
My experience was really good...everything was excellent except bus timing...it was expected to reach jaipur at 6 in the morning...but it reached there at 8 am...may be because fog and all those stuff...
It was a Volvo and to my utmost surprise during winters the staff did not started heating system in a tiring journey of 14 hours from Lucknow to Jaipur (on 19th from 5PM), it was started just for an hour or so after some passengers complained. Pathetic service by Volvo or UP Transport Service. Pathetic.
