The land mark as said in Internet as Krishnagiri Byepass is not understood by the driver. In fact he asked me to come to a toll booth which was 3 kms away from where I was waiting on the High way around 11.45 p.m. How can a passenger be expected to walk the distance at midnight when there is no other conveyance. He said that otherwise he would go reporting that the passenger was absent. if happened so, I should be stranded on the National High Way spending whole night. The contact number was from Hosur office and at the point of difficulty, he did not attend the phone. In fact I was waiting on the High way for more than one hour till 12.30 mid night looking every vehicle whether it would be RKT. With repeated request and pleading, the driver accepted to stop. The land mark should be an office at Krishnagiri where the passenger can contact from and which is traceable for your driver. It was not the way to treat a passenger who had paid Rs.800/- for his journey. I was sorry for having chosen RKT to travel from Krishnagiri to Trichy.
