Great service connecting the 2 capital of state. very comfortable and punctual
Even one more , it has to be zero. Bus quality pathetic, stall behaviour disgusting & punctuality 4 Hr delayed. Worst
Where do I begin with..First of all the bus was to depart at 8:30 but then it departed at 9:45...Reason: Overloading both in terms of ppl as well as goods..The mere sight of it was so dangerous...They had adjusted extra goods even in the passage of the bus...Adding to it, when the bus finally left from the bus stand, the bus broke down...Neither did they have a tool box in their bus, nor did they have any idea what to do...Moreover, it was already 10oclock and it was difficult to find a machanic...Finally they managed to fix the bus and bus departed at 12 o.clock midnight..A lot of single girls were travelling in the bus and when we asked to refund our money since we dont want to go in their bus anymore they refused to do so and also badmouthed the passengers...The bus finally reached the destination around 11:30a.m with break journeys since they would pick up passengers in between...Since there was online booking facility available for this bus I thought it to be a decent one. Moreover, when I had booked the ticket online, I had booked the last seat available but to my surprise 80% of the bus was empty which they "OVERLOADED" later. This journey was a nightmare for me and I am never ever recommending it to anybody. P.S this was my second journey with Krishna Rath, and I realised they never leave on time, overload the bus, badmouth simple village ppl and never bother about the passengers. Personal Recommendation: Never to take this bus even if its most urgent. Believe me, you might reach your destination so late that the whole purpose of taking the bus to reach the place would be useless( My personal experience, both times when I took this bus)
I went on the site and found that my seat was already booked to another person who just arrived there before me. The agent was not taking any responsibility.last time on redbus.in. Fucked up system.
