This is with reference to the above Ticket no: TJA922567567, PNR no: 2B574JQ.
I would like to raise a complain, in which the bus operator, asked us to come to the boarding point at 8:30 pm, when the actual time was 10:45 pm, saying that the bus has been delayed, and has not started from Gorakhpur, we had to reach there at 8:30 missing a very important doctor assignment, and were shifted to a C grade bus. The seats were awful, the bus was smelling bad, there were no blankets, water was dripping from the AC outlet. I never imagined the bus journey can be this bad, I complained against the bus, but the bus operator showed no interest. He said this was the only vehicle available. With a small toddler with me, it was impossible to travel in such a bus. Anyways, we managed, for there were other passengers in the same fix and had to report office early. Heights happened when the Bus took us off route The drop point was Noida, But we were dropped at Faridabad Metro station. With so much luggage and a toddler, I had no option but to take a cab, that took me another 1200 rs to reach Noida.
Dear Red Bus Team, this was a very unexpected and unprofessional behavior. I reached home at 11 o'clock. Missed a very important client meeting in office. who is going to pay me back the loss that has incurred???
I am totally dissatisfied with this trip, kindly refund the amount paid for the ticket.
