I was travelling during monsoon, and had quite some luggage on me which I had to put in the trunk - which was very unclean, dusty, wet. My bags got all muddy, and the staff refused to clean their trunk.
On top of it, no help was offered to load/unload the bags in that trunk, so I had to make myself dirty (clothes and hands spoiled).
Apart from that though, the bus from inside was pretty good.
The behaviour of staff is not good that much.
Bus condition is so bad.
There is a water leakage from top.
The bed sheet is not cleaned.
