Bus departed at 23 hrs. instead of its actual departure time 21.30. Also tickets were checked too late at 23.45, I got asleep and staff wake me up to check the ticket.
The departure of the bus was schedules at 9:30 pm whereas it started at 11:30... heights of non- punctuality... To top it all, the driver was drunk.
Bus started late from origin point but reach Gwalior on time...bus quality was average.
Worst travel experience. The staff didnt even check the fuel status before starting, the bus got out of fuel in middle of the way and had to wait for more than one hour. The bus staff is more interested in picking the out of schedule passengers through out the way even when the bus is fully packed and the passengers has to sit on the floor which is really irritating for all those who booked the ticket prior to start time. Its a strong recommendation to you to please dont sell the tickets of these travel companies as it is spoiling your image as after this horrible experience even I will think twice before using your service again in future.
