Really this time was bus quality , punctuality and staff behavior excellent. i hope maintain this quality & timing in future , thanks
Thsi was the worst journey I could ever have. I booked AC bus. Then received a call from Dhariwal Travels saying that the bus has been cancelled. would you like to get accomodated in other Non AC bus. Reporting Time was 9:20 and departure 9:30 pm. The bus arrived at the pick up point at 10:10 pm. Then it halted for Dinner at Dhaba, announced that maximum 20 minutes, the bus stopped there for more than 60 minutes. Morning 4:55 am, the driver was feeling sleepy which he himself admitted to his co-driver and in that the bus met with an accident head on with a tractor. The bus was taken to a nearby farm ( 3 feet below from road level). Gods grace no fatal injuries. The staff has to think that they cannot risk others life.
very bad staff behavior, only for money taken. and very poor quality bus, timming punctuality dhariwal Services.
ac doesnt had controlleter to maintain temperature, blankets were given when i asked for multiple times.
