As an royal star bus quality is good with the other routes,thats why i choose royal star from indore to jalgaon,this bus quality is really very bad,light port is empty in my cabin and the charging port was also not working even the conductor also avoided so many times to start the chrging port,dull service from royal star at this route..
The site was showing the time to reach Jalgaon at 5:00 AM but actually it arrived Jalgaon at 6:00 AM. This was the problem when I traveled to Indore from Jalgaon, it was late 1 hour.
